Prior to any purchase you will need to actually go and look at the properties and areas to see the high standards set and to soak up the atmosphere of the local surroundings.

We do not arrange coach parties to view properties; our clients are treated as individuals, and are personally and privately shown only those properties suiting their specific requirements.

You stay in good quality accommodation and we ensure that you are looked after throughout your visit.

You are given every opportunity to view properties and locations, and to discuss your proposed purchase with your own personal advisors.

Homes in Spain have 3 options detailed below:

1) Flexible Visit:

Book your own flights to suit your requirements.

Once you have organised your flights, call us with the details, we can then arrange;

• Airport collection or car hire.
• Hotel, apartment or villa (usually at discounted rates).
• Property viewings and advice.

2) Holiday Viewing Appointment:

If you are visiting Spain on a pre-arranged holiday, we will collect you from your holiday address, arrange 2 or 3 days viewing and discussion with your own personal adviser and property portfolio from our local associated office.

3) Inspection Flights:

Inspection Visits should be regarded as a business trip. The time required to thoroughly inspect and compare properties and to conduct initial purchase formalities can be fairly demanding (but very enjoyable).
