What do we offer to you?
As property brokers, we are able to offer a FREE property finding service for the independent buyer, working with established developers and agents, throughout Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Depending on your requirements and the availability of potentially suitable property we can arrange bespoke inspection visits to:
- Costa del Sol (West & East of Malaga)
- Costa Tropical
- Costa Almeria
- Costa Calida (Murcia)
- Costa Blanca (South and North of Alicante)
We will show you properties, offer advice and assist with any of the other details regarding your property purchase, bank accounts, mortgages, legal and taxes, translation.
We can assist in arranging accommodation in villas, apartments or hotels and car hire from airports.
You are an independent buyer and your independence is respected by us and our associates. We do not arrange viewing tours tying you to one agent. Prospective properties may be with several different agents or private sellers. It is our role to enable you to make the best use of your time by selecting only suitable properties and co-ordinating the viewing schedule.
How We Operate
Step 1
From details you supply to us as to your requirements, type of property, number of bedrooms, area, budget etc. we prepare a broad draft portfolio of options for you to consider.
Step 2
You study the options we have supplied, narrow down your preferences or even amend your original ideas.
We are now reaching the point where between us we have identified suitable property types and areas.
At this stage we need to know when you are planning your visit.
Step 3
We will arrange a viewing selection based on property that is actually available and a schedule to suit you.
